To hold a seasonal rental (for a month or more; Winter December thru February/March) please contact us. We have a use agreement and request advance payments to hold periods of time. For example, for a winter season, the 3 installments fall as follows- 30% due immediately, 50% due September 15th and the remainder (20%) by November 1st. These payments are nonrefundable if the property is not used. Pet and cleaning fees are incorporated.
